This is a Coast to Coast rate. Like other reviewers: the amount of permanent residents seemed concerning at first, but their sites were kept up and very clean. Staff here was very friendly and took the time to give us advice on local eateries, etc. I also have to agree that this place was very tight for pulling a camper. We camped here in a 38' 5th wheel and if that end spot on the curve heading out to the exit had been occupied when we left, I think I would still be trapped there!! The bathhouse facilities were extremely clean (cleaned every morning in fact). They have individual bathrooms containing the toilet/showers/sinks that I thought was great and they had A/C. Being August, this was a plus! This park is also a little off the Corpus Christi "beaten path" which we liked. I gave this place an 8 due to the tight spots and paying for Wi-Fi. In 2009: I don't think anyone should be paying for Wi-Fi, and that includes hotels too.

I entered $10 here because we have a membership with Coast to Coast. This resort was great! We were here for 5 days. There was tons of things to do. Deer in our campsite every day and night. They have 4 pools here. The spots were gravel but pretty level and long enough to accommodate our 40' 5th wheel. The sites were roomy and the campground was easy to maneuver our rig in. Bathhouses (showers, toilets, etc.) were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly including informing us on places to eat, things to do in the area, etc. Had 24hr security also. You can now get Wi-Fi here, however you have to go to the pool area to get it. Also, this place being in the Hill Country it drops periodically.

This is our home Park for our Ocean Canyon RV Membership. This is an older park but since being taken over by Ocean Canyon Resorts many improvements are continuing. One note is that this park will be going private. Numerous and spacious spots. Pretty level spots too. Pool was very nice and many activities for children. Cabins looked nice and more are currently being added. Access to the 3 rivers is very close with tubing, canoeing and boat access close as well. Future improvements include having tubing and boat access to the rivers right on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is minutes from Fossil Rim Wildlife Park and Dino Valley State Park.

Very nice wooded park. Sites and roads were very tight. We camped in a 38 ft 5th wheel and found it very hard to navigate around with the narrow roads, specially while backing into our spot. Once in the spot, we had a very nice time at this place. Being in the woods was a lot nicer than a cramped RV park in the city. The biggest thing to think about was the ticks. We pulled at least a dozen or so off our 2 dogs and had a few on myself. The water park was great for those hot days. It was in the 90's during our stay.

Very clean park. Hosts are very nice. We have been here several times and our kid loves the swimming pool, basketball court, the billiard and ping pong table in the clubhouse. Large dog walking area and a lake to walk around is nice too.

Stayed here several times. Nice staff and clean facilities. During our summer 07 stay they even had someone watching the pool in case of storms. He wasn't a lifeguard but at the hint of bad weather, he evacuated the pool (you know kids.....they would have stayed in the pool regardless).

Typical KOA. Nice park hosts and clean facilities. Roads needed repair. Spots were a little tight for tow vehicle and RV to fit in. Had to ask a few RV'ers to move their trucks so I could get out of my spot when it was time to leave.
